The entrepreneurs behind the ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi have made the coldest and darkest area of Lapland into an international tourist destination. The hotel is rebuilt every year using the clear ice from Torne river. The builders are the world’s best ice craftsmen, and true pioneers. Our campaign posed a great challenge to them. Could they build an entire ice drum set you actually could play on?
Our film starring Hellacopters’ drummer Robban has 11 million views on YouTube. It has also been shown on primetime Swedish TV, American TV (CBS) and Japanese TV and was exhibited in Musée d'Art Contemporain in Paris.
